I'm Carmeanna Eberly, Founder of Charis Consulting LLC and welcome to my Op Shop! 

Startups and small businesses work with me to refine their operational process and perspective as they grow. I provide strategic guidance and approachable solutions designed for practical implementation and change management, while prioritizing team culture. I'm quite passionate about my work and desire to help organizations strive for operational excellence as they build.

I began my career in Administration, supporting executive teams, boards and family offices at Goldman Sachs and then Energize Ventures. As my career developed, I took that expertise and transitioned into Operations, overseeing and supporting organizational strategic goals, workplace daily functions, budget, projects, HR, vendors, contractors, safety, policy and events. 

Continuing to work with startups, I've held multiple Chief of Staff titles and was also a Director of Operations. I specialize in scaling teams, standing-up departments, project and program management, communications, budgeting/forecasting, strategic planning, executive initiatives and cross functional team management. In my down time, I am a BizOps Consultant, Founder Mentor, Startup Advisor and Angel Investor. I hold a B.A. in Communications and reside in Chicago.
